CARNARVON INVITATIONAL GYMNASTICS COMPETITION

Parent/Guardian Consent:

By completing this form, you agree to the following –

I understand that the competition fee WAG ($100) is only refundable up to the 1st of August. (Late withdrawals are not permitted unless on presentation of a medical certificate). I understand that my child can be refused entry into the competition if full payment is not received prior to 13th July 2024. 

I understand my child must present on time and in the appropriate uniform and will abide by competition rules and will act in a manner becoming a member of the Exmouth Gymnastic Club at all time. I understand my and my family/guest’s behaviour will reflect the highest standard of sportsmanship whilst observing and/or participating in the competition.

This event will be co hosted by GWA and Gascoyne Gymnastics Club (GGC). I further acknowledge that apart from any designated EGC photographer for each session, the EGC does not have any control over other parents/spectators using their camera device during competition. Flashes will not be permitted. If I do not wish EGC designated photographers to photograph my child for use on the private EGC FB page I will notify EGC separately upon submission of this form.
Please note GWA may also have photographers/videographers present during the competition and use of any photos/videos on their website and social media is outside of EGC’s control.
